About

Angelo Haller, Ausangate

Hello and welcome. Let me introduce myself.

My name is Angelo Alexis Haller, human, shaman, and a professional computer scientist who transitioned from programming computers to programming the human mind.

My Path

From a very young age on I was surrounded by spiritual practitioners and blessed to meet amazing spiritual teachers. One of the biggest influences in my life has been Buddhism, being introduced to Tibetan Vajrayana practices and meditation at the age of five by my father. A few years later I partook in various Hindu practices as taught by Swami Kaleshwar.

Although I began my practices so young, they stayed mostly dormant within me as I moved on toward adulthood. Nonetheless, all these teachings, observances and ways of viewing life profoundly helped to shape my understanding of the nature of reality and human existence.

After finishing high school I decided to study IT Systems Engineering. In my spare time I would attend extra courses at university pertaining to psychology and human behavior. I also began delving into neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) which still heavily influences my work today and the way I guide people through various life challenges.

After finishing my masters and spending time working in the field of computer science for an internationally acclaimed company, I decided to pull the plug. In 2016 I left Germany and spent time in the Peruvian jungle with the initial plan to spend three months with Don Agustin Rivas Vasquez for personal healing and growth. Those three months turned into a full year of living in his center Yushintaita, where I began to learn the craft of working with various plant medicines and spirits as well as essential shamanistic rituals and practices surrounding them.

This initial stay and subsequent journeys to the jungle rekindled my curiosity in spiritual and healing practices such as Buddhism, Taoism, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the next few years, I worked as a facilitator at various centers, helping in ceremony, guiding at times, translating, and assisting participants with integration.

In 2021 things shifted. More and more people started approaching me, asking me to serve, instead of solely assisting.

My Work

Ceremony Altar

My work is a fusion of Mestizo shamanism, Eastern wisdom and Western psychology.

It revolves strongly around awakening, becoming conscious, empowering people, giving you the tools, so that you can heal yourself and live a more peaceful, fulfilling life. Think of me as a guide, helping you to find your own way, connecting you with your own, innermost powers.

True, lasting change comes from within.

As a door opener to such change I have personally found it very effective to make use of various entheogenic plants, such as Ayahuasca, Huachuma (San Pedro), and Mapacho (sacred tobacco). While not strictly necessary, these plants are extremely powerful and amazing catalysts for healing, learning and personal growth.

Yet my focus does not lie so much on ceremonies, but integration and sustainable practice. Without integration whatever changes may have occurred will often not last for long. The teachings and realizations need to be embodied to achieve truly lasting change. Let life itself become a ceremony, bringing awareness into every moment of your life.

For this I have found regular practices such as meditation, movement, breath work or simply spending time in nature to be extremely beneficial if not vital. As such I pass these on, adapting things to suit each individual.
